Vince has over 25 years’ experience in financial due diligence, real estate financial and operational analysis, commercial loan underwriting and tax and retirement planning. Prior to joining FactRight, Vince served as a Vice President of Due Diligence with Buttonwood Investment Services, LLC where he focused on the analysis of real estate syndications, credit programs, DSTs, conservation easements as well as other alternative investment programs.
Among earlier roles, he served as a licensed financial advisor and lead CPA for a regional wealth management firm and as the Valuations Manager for a national real estate brokerage firm. He has also served as an Instructor of U.S. History at Northeastern University.
John received a bachelor’s degree of finance Rawls College of Business of Texas Tech University and holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 and a Series 65.
Vince received an MBA in Finance from Arizona State University, a Master of Arts from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts from Regis University. He has held FINRA licenses 6 and 65 and has been an actively licensed CPA in the State of Colorado since 2007.
