Daniel Abramowitz is a Due Diligence Analyst at FactRight. He performs due diligence analysis, concentrating on the underlying investment assets, legal aspects, and financial underwriting of alternative investment offerings. These offerings include Delaware statutory trusts (DSTs), discretionary real estate funds, ’40 Act funds, interval funds, non-traded REITs, credit funds, private equity, oil & gas investments, etc.
Prior to joining FactRight, Daniel sourced Net Lease retail and industrial properties for AEI Capital Corporation’s funds and DST program. He has also reported for the Minnesota Spokesman-Recorder and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
Daniel’s professional experience in the alternative investments industry, and as a journalist, makes him uniquely qualified to provide due diligence services on alternative investments. His unique combination of work experience helps him understand, identify, and assess the risks and advantages of an investment offering and then communicate them plainly.
