Anthony Chereso
Anthony Chereso has a well-diversified financial service background ranging from corporate accounting, finance audit to management sales leadership. Most recently Tony was national sales director for a securitized TIC sponsor. Tony is a principal and Chief Operating Officer of FactRight. A member of the Due Diligence Committee for REISA, Tony spent 13 years as a Distinguished Instructor for the Internal Auditors and has worked for finance companies and Fortune 100 companies for 20 years.
Stephen Fischer, CPA, CFP
Stephen Fischer, CPA, CFP, holds FINRA Series, 7, 24, 27, 53, and 63 registrations. He is a member of the Minnesota Financial Planners Association and is a member of the Ethics and Government Relations Committee. Steve is a principal of Wildwood Wealth Management, CapitalQuest Securities, and FactRight. He has extensive broker dealer management experience and serves as a FINRA Arbitrator.
Barbara Halper, JD, MBA
Barbara Halper, JD, MBA, holds FINRA Series 22, 63 and 39 registrations. Barbara is a principal of FactRight. In addition to extensive litigation and business experience, Barbara has been involved in development, management, acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate. Barbara was the Vice-Chair of the REISA Due Diligence Committee. Prior to FactRight, she served as a due diligence officer for a national broker dealer and a chief operating officer for a securitized real estate syndicator.
Grant Chaput
Grant Chaput holds FINRA series 22 and 63 registrations. As Director of Sales at FactRight, Grant works closely with broker dealers in the development of selection criteria for private placement products and analysis of investment opportunities. He also develops and leads training programs and tools for broker dealers. Grant's experience includes analysis and sales of over $600 million of alternative investments. Additionally, in his previous role as a wholesaler for a leading TIC sponsor, he worked to educate customers and colleagues on 1031 exchanges, commercial real estate, and other investment opportunities. Grant is a graduate of the University of Redlands.
Brandon Raatikka, JD
Brandon Raatikka, JD, is FactRight’s lead due diligence analyst and is responsible for the Report Process. He selects, coordinates and oversees the teams and their work product. He serves on the editorial board of FYI, the official publication of the Real Estate Investment Securities Association (REISA). Brandon is a cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School and was an editor for the Minnesota Law Review. His prior commercial real estate experience includes acquisition of telecommunications sites for wireless companies.
Meredith Traudt, JD
Meredith Traudt, JD, is a due diligence analyst for FactRight, focused on energy, managed futures and real estate offerings. Meredith previously worked as a compliance analyst for Robert W. Baird & Co. where she researched trade activity, conducted branch audits and held FINRA series 7, 9, 10, and 66 registrations. In addition, she has worked for Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, analyzing various tax and business succession planning issues. Meredith is a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
